Babcock Associates, Ltd is centrally located, managing properties from San Pedro to El Segundo and Hermosa Beach to Long Beach. The South Bay is our specialty.
Babcock Associates, Ltd applicants have a wide range of clean, move-in ready apartments, town-homes, and houses to choose from. We hold ourselves to a high standard and work with outside vendors who provide cleaning, maintenance, plumbing, and other services. Our Rental Rates are competitive and our successful management team strives to assist, support, and mediate between owners and tenants to reach the goals, expectations, and satisfaction of all parties.
